1.)We visit the Factory or Plant or Site for the cargo measurement, overviewing cargo condition & advise on the cargo packaging type suitable for safe transport, handling at port & Sea-Worthy.
2.)SOP is shared with the Customer Service Team, Vendors i.e. Transporters, Customs House Agents, Cargo Handling Agents at Port Of Loading(POL)/Port Of Discharge(POD) for execution of Project cargo
3.) Operations are monitored closely as per the SOP & if required Spot Decisions, changes are made in favor of cargo safety & smooth execution, basis approval from the client.
1.) Shipper/Consignee depending on their shipment Incoterms, obtain the cargo insurance from Our listed vendors or their vendors.
2.)Sometimes Shipper/Consignee have Open Policy to secure their cargo movements worldwide or specific Port pairs having regular shipments. Operations are monitored closely as per the SOP & if required Spot Decisions, changes are made in favor of cargo safety & smooth execution, basis approval from the client.
