Challenge:In August 2021, there was heavy equipment shortage for China Port for 20' & cargo weight is 27 tons. The customer requested for 15 containers, and we faced a big challenge to get boxes from the market.
Solution: We managed to get Balmer Laurie space for 13 x20' containers and also got them bookings through Inter Asia Lines. The following month, the client faced the same issue, and we got them 10x20' containers to Qingdao through Eminent Shipping.
Outcome: The customer was very happy as they were able to fulfill their consignee's requirement.
