Challenge: Since 2018, Dabur has been associated with us for their ocean exports to the USA. The ongoing COVID challenges disrupted the supply chain for shippers across the globe. Our client too faced huge challenges for inventory and space for outbounds.
Solution: The Transworld team worked with Dabur’s supply chain and marketing team to plan and streamline the processes with a specific focus on Nashville and Baltimore. In September 2021, we successfully moved 22 TEUS of cargo from North and West India to the US destination.
Outcome: Thereafter, Dabur awarded their FOB cargo business to Transworld from North and West India into Baltimore, US. From November 2021, we have successfully increased our business for this route by 20x20GP/month.
