The initial scope of work involved the movement and installation of 6 to 7 key artworks. However, as is common in dynamic high-profile events, the exhibition design evolved rapidly on site. Upon mobilization for the installation phase, the project expanded significantly, requiring the overnight setup of:

  • 10–15 large-format paintings (far exceeding the initial count).
  • Complete infrastructure for two exhibition booths, including furniture setup.
  • Specialized aesthetic components such as curtains, rods, and essential track lighting, which were not part of the original brief.

  • Integrated On-Site Support: Post-installation, the team managed the critical task of removing all empty crates and packing materials from the booths overnight and securing them in a dedicated storage facility, ensuring the booths were pristine and ready for public viewing upon opening.
